This is Parallel I/O with 4-bit and 8-bit type. It communicates wirelessly (infrared ray) between mobile vehicles sides such as AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and the station sides by using this. Model numbers corresponded to SEMI E84 are lined up.
