How much is the YVT-35LX-F0 communication volume?
How much is the YVT-35LX-F0 communication volume?
The amount of communication, when YVT is outputting the measurement distance data, is about 3.3Mbit/sec.
(Actually measured on a PC, it is 3.3 Mbps)
The data for one line of YVT (when the resonance mirror reciprocates once) is 500 bytes (4000 bits).
(Normally, the data of one line of YVT is output as one packet)
Since there is data for 36 lines in one round of the motor and the YVT motor rotates at about 20Hz, the amount of data per second is :
4000bit x 36LINE x 20Hz = 2,880,000bit / sec ≒ 3Mbit / sec.
This is the calculation when the RI command (range and intensity, distance and intensity data) is output.
For details, the YVT protocol VSSP2.1 specifications (YVT communication specifications) can be downloaded from the product page, so please refer them.
