Photoelectric Switch
How can I get continuous data using PGL?
PGL is connected to PLC.
I wrote a command for measuring data, but I could get the data only once.
How can I get the data continuously?
The current condition is just set the command for distance measurement.
As a countermeasure,
(1) Please meet the baud rate of PGL with the PLC.
(2) Select the mode
(3) Send commands
In item (3) the distance measurement starts but the data communication with RS422 is not done automatically, so please read the sampling by sending the command “sNq”.
PGL also has continuous measurement function but the processing data will be too heavy. Please set to exchange the single measurement data continuously on PLC side.

I think there is sampling of PGL-050W3 / 180W3, normal / high speed mode.
Is there any difference in how to capture values between normal and high speed? Is it just a difference in time?
There seemed to be a difference other than time. Please tell me. It is used to detect the end face of a steel rod,
It seems that he wants to refer to it in the averaging process when there are fluctuations due to heat and variations due to temperature.
