It turns ON when normal data is confirmed and OFF when an error occurs at the transmission / reception timing inside the transmission device.
It is generally used as an output signal capture timing signal.
It does not matter if you use the strobe or not.. Stable output can be obtained by using the strobe. The output timing is 3ms after the output when the strobe is not used. </ p>
