• I get an optical window / short-distance error when using the muting function. Is it normal that short-distance error occurs if there is an object near the sensor even in muting mode?
  The cause is probably smoke. Smoke will be a trigger of the short-distance error.

• I get a UAM error number 85. What should I do?

• Do you have a CD-R of PBS-03JN application software?

• When I install the USB driver and connect the sensor, the mouse cursor moves randomly and clicks on various places.

• UST-05LN causes chattering. Is there any countermeasure?
