Optimal optical data transmission device for SEMI E84

Please select from 8-bit parallel type of optical data transmission devices, DMG series, DMS series, DMJ series.


Please refer to the specifications list of registered models below. Note 1)


The DMG series (equipped with a logging function) is a high-end model of the DMS series.
The optical communication and input/output specifications are exactly the same, so if the DMS series is specified in the required specifications, the DMG series can also be used. Note 2)


However, if the DMG series is specified, the optical PI/O requires a logging function, so the DMS series cannot be used. Please select a model from the DMG series.


The DMJ series also has a logging function. By using a modular cable between the optical communication head and the connector, it is possible to route the cable more flexibly and neatly.

Note 2) In some cases, it may be necessary to notify the model to be adopted in advance.
Note 3) Pin assignment conforms to SEMI E84. Two types of fixing screws are available: metric screws and inch screws. Devices conforming to SEMI E84-0699, -0999 may use metric screws. SEMI E84-0200A and later versions specify inch screws.
Note 4) The logging function is recommended function because it is effective in investigating the cause of troubles. Log data can be attached to an e-mail and easily to be sent, so even if problem happens in overseas, it is possible to quickly analyze the problem phenomenon internally.
